This is a repository of Special Instructions that can be accessed by:

  • The Super Admin when creating Templates.
  • The User when creating a Project.

Project Special Instructions are added to the Project in the Project Info section.

They are general instructions for the Project and will print on EVERY Spec Sheet above the Item Special Instructions.

*If a Project Special Instruction is modified or deleted from the Library, it will not affect any Projects or Specs it was previously attached to.

Create a Project Special Instruction

  • In the Left Navigation, click ‘Admin’.
  • In the Libraries Subsection Click on ‘Project Special Instructions’.
  • From the dropdowns at the top, select the Client Type that the Project Special Instruction will be assigned to.
  • Click ‘Create New Project Special Instruction’.
  • Type the Project Special Instruction in the text window.

    ie. ‘Images are for reference only.’

  • Click ‘Save’.

*The order that the Special Instructions appear can be changed using Up and Down arrows.


Delete a Project Special Instruction

  • In the Left Navigation, click ‘Admin’.
  • Click on ‘Project Special Instructions’.
  • From the dropdowns at the top, select the Client Type that the Special Instruction will be deleted from.
  • Click the trash bin icon to the right.
  • Click ‘Accept’ to delete.

*Deleting a Special Instruction from the Library will not delete it from existing Projects or Items. It will just not be available for future Projects and Items.
