Super Admins can set up Status Colors and what they mean.

Users can then assign that color to a Spec in the Spec Schedule.

Status Colors can be set up to represent phases of the project, revisions or anything else. Once selected, the color will appear on the Item in the Spec Schedule.

Create a Status Color

  • In the Left Navigation click ‘Admin’.
  • Click on ‘Status Colors’.
  • Click on ‘Create New Status Color’.
  • At the top, click in the ‘Description’ cell and enter what the color represents.
  • Click inthe ‘Color’ section and select from the color picker.
  • Click ‘Save Status Color’.

Delete a Color Code

  • In the Left Navigation click ‘Admin’.
  • Click on ‘Status Colors’.
  • Click the trash bin icon to the right. Click ‘Accept’.

*Color Codes CANNOT be deleted if in use in an existing project.
