This is a repository of Special Instructions that can be accessed by:

  • The Super Admin when creating Templates.
  • The User when creating a Project.

Submittals will print on the Spec Sheet when selected by the User.

Create a Submittal

  • In the Left Navigation click ‘Admin’.
  • Click on ‘Submittals’.
  • Click on ‘Create New Submittal’.
  • Fill in the ‘Submittal’ name.
  • By checking ‘Use For Upholstery / Attached Items’, that Submittal will be available ONLY on Items that can be attached to another Item, typically Upholstery.

    If unchecked, that Submittal will be available for non-attachable Items, typically, furniture.

    The order that the Submittals appear can be changed using the grey Up and Down arrows.

  • Click ‘Save’.

Delete a Submittal

  • In the Left Navigation click ‘Admin’.
  • Click on ‘Submittals’.
  • Click the trash bin icon to the right. Click ‘Accept’.

*Submittals CANNOT be deleted if they are already assigned to an Item.
